With us all splitting up and maybe not necessarily being on together over easter maybe i should just go ahead and setup the server so we can at least jump on and test it out?

Any ideas for maps to include and ones to cut out? Standard mix of rush and smaller conquest maps?

Defo cut out Damvand peak. Some of the bigger maps are also quite good on conquest. Caspian border is quite big but also good for conquest. Seine crossing has to be a must for conquest. It is one of my favourite maps. Off the top of my head bin Kharg Island for conquest, too big.

Ok that sounds fair enough.

Kharg is epic for Conquest, plenty of scope for flanking etc, was playing on a 1500 ticket Operation Metro Conquest server earlier....and it was a lot more fun than I thought it would have been, big ticket Conquest servers FTW.

I was on a similiar server last noght - had like 2000 tickets on each side. It felt so wrong but also felt so right, especially getting so many nemisis ribbons!

Just on a side note has anybody else noticed that their loadout for their guns has changed, especially the sights used? A few of mine that i have used before have an acog attached, which i bascially never use

Haven't played enough of this post patch piece of crap to notice,
although I was killed by the M26 Mass a few times the other day for the first time ever.

Be nice to get another patch around the time the Cod'ified DLC comes out in June,
which will probably again break more than it fixes.

If I play BF again in the short term it will likely be BC2, a far superior and polished game.

I haven't played BF since the patch came out for one reason or another. I'm not entirely looking forward to it from what I have been hearing.

Well so far i have only killed a few times by it , but i thought it was a bit strange when it was happening . Now i know why.

On the other side of the coin i have had a lot more success with the stingers against helis. Been getting a couple of double kills for the first time ever. Still hard like but seems more do-able.

I have to say first experience since the patch, suppression is ridiculous. Didn't notice anything else that really impacted me much but in sayin that no one was running with the m26 exploit.

If it's really causing a pain you could run with the COVR specialisation to combat it?

I haven't unlocked it yet but am only half a level up away from doing so so not too bad. It is still ridiculous though.
